OK, so I know you're all looking for pictures of the baby... none to post yet today (but he IS in another Christmas outfit so I'll try to get the 4th day of Christmas done today)
ANYWAY the reason for the post: we *MAY* have found a buyer for the house. The adjuster is pretty much going to pay for everything to get repaired and the constuction guy saidthat he didn't know what we were asking for the house, but we should definately get everything that we are asking for when he is done making the house over! Exciting....
